We ask that you adhere to our MAP Policy, which is double the wholesale price.
TRACKING NUMBERS + INVOICES
As soon as your order ships, tracking information will be sent to you from ship-confirm@areaware.com. Your invoice will be emailed from accounting@areaware.com.
SHIPPING DETAILS
On Jan 1, 2015, both UPS and FedEx increased their Ground Freight charges by 4.9% and switched from using the actual weight of a package to what is considered the DIM weight. DIM weight is based on the size of the carton which is causing some items to be more expensive to ship. We are striving to combat this shipping cost increase by using the smallest carton sizes possible while still ensuring your products ship safely.
Orders ship 1-2 days after you place your order. We do not offer same day shipping.
When choosing your shipping method, please note that we ship from Columbus, Ohio 43215.

Return Policy
DAMAGES - Must be reported to customer service within 15 days of the invoice date and received in our warehouse within 45 days of the invoice date. Â A Return Authorization (RA) form with pre-assigned RA number is required to return damaged items.
ERROR / INVOICEÂ DISCREPANCIESÂ - Must be reported to customer service within 15 days of the invoice date.
OVERSTOCKS - We are not able to accept overstock items.
TO RETURN PRODUCT - Mark Carton "ATTENTION RETURNS". The Return Authorization number must appear on the carton to the left of the return address. Â Please indicate on the RA form whether you would like a replacement or credit to your account.
20% RESTOCK FEE - A 20% restock fee will be assessed if an incomplete RA form is received, price tags or stickers are not removed, and/or the product is not in its original packaging.
Returns will be refused and returned to customer at their expense under the following circumstances: Â (1) If returns are received after 45 days from the invoice date (2) If the return is not accompanied by a Return Authorization number and RA form.
